Onsite Hotel

Hackness Grange offers a limited amount of hotel rooms exclusively for our wedding guests.

If you would like to book a room, please contact Debbie for the booking link.

First come - first serve :)

Parking situation

Good news for all our guests arriving by car — our venue offers a free onsite car park with plenty of spaces available.

Transportation from Manchester

For our guests traveling from abroad, we will be organizing a pick-up from Manchester Airport.

Please speak to Debbie about your flight so we can coordinate the transport accordingly.

Menu, food allergies, etc.

You will be able to pick your meal from our wedding menu when you register online.

If you have any allergies, dietary restrictions, or special food preferences, please let us know!

Wedding Gifts

We love gifts as much as everybody else. But honestly, the gift we appreciate the most is your presence!

If you still want to get us something then we would very much appreciate a donation towards our honeymoon travel :)

In order to support our guests who arrive from further away we collected the following information about traveling to the United Kingdom and the area around Scarborough. If you have any questions or if you need help organizing your trip, feel free to contact Debbie :)

Digital Visa for the UK

Since April 2025 an electronic travel authorization (ETA) is needed to visit the UK if you don't have a british passport. The visa is valid for two years. You can apply for it online.

Sightseeing

Scarborough is a seaside town on the North Sea coast of North Yorkshire. Known for its historic castle, golden beaches and lively seafront, it's the perfect mix of history, nature, and classic British seaside fun.

Hotels

We recommend staying at a place located in town centre or near the beach.
Also we suggest booking early, as Scarborough is a popular destination — especially during the warmer months!

If you need specific recommendations, please let us know!

What to do after

Why not spend the following weekend in the UK as well? :)

Towns & cities like Whitby, York, Leeds or Manchester are closeby and/or on the way back to the airport.

Kathleen Anne Cass-Marks

As we celebrate our wedding day, we hold a special place in our hearts for Kathleen Cass, who was looking forward to our big day but sadly passed away on 28 October 2025. Though she cannot be with us in person, her love, kindness, and spirit remain part of our lives and this day.
